1.) You must have at least one valid email address. If you already have one then you may go to step 2, but if you dont have one you better get one, there are many places out there where you can get one for free like yahoo or hotmail or gmail.
2.) Get yourself a paypal account, you may create one here : www.paypal.com. It's a popular and secure site for making transaction online, and that's the place where PTCs will send you your money. And you dont need to have a bank account or credit card to join there.
3) Join some or all those PTC below, start clicking and viewing those ads, and that's all, you just started to make yourself some money.
PS : Basicly all the sites works the same way, you get a timer for viewing their ads which vary from sites to sites and ads to ads, Mostly those vary from 3-30 seconds viewing their ads, and some need you to click something before they gave you the money.
